Delivery and Shipping

We know you don’t want to keep your little ones waiting, so we aim to pick, pack and dispatch all orders within two working days. They’ll be zooming around in their new car or scooter before you know it!

Standard and Express Delivery

The majority of our electric ride on cars, scooters and other products will be sent via a standard courier service – this will be either Royal Mail, UK Mail, DPD, DHL or Yodel, depending on the item. 

Palletised Delivery

For particularly large, bulky or heavy items, delivery will come via a palletised service. Our pallet couriers deliver Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. Upon receiving your order, we will call you and arrange a suitable delivery date.

If your postcode is deemed out of area for example Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands or any other postcode deemed to be remote, there will be an additional charge added at checkout.

If delivery is unsuccessful (for example, if no-one is at home to receive the shipment) there will be an automatic additional re-delivery charge of £75 imposed by the delivery network. Please ensure that someone is present to receive the delivery to avoid incurring this extra cost.

*Free delivery excludes addresses deemed Scottish Highlands and Islands, along with a small number of other remote locations, as specified by our couriers. Shipments to these addresses will incur a further charge, which will be specified at checkout.
