Most cars have a maximum speed of around 2 to 6 miles per hour, depending on the size of the battery. 12v models usually reach speeds of between 2 to 4 miles per hour, while 12v battery-powered cars have speeds of about 3 to 5 miles per hour. 24v models reach a maximum speed of up to 9 miles per hour and are safer for older children who can handle higher speeds.
Yes, most of our cars are designed to be driven on grass, as long as the grass is not too thick or uneven. Some ride on cars have rubber traction tyres that can handle various surfaces, including grassy areas. It’s always best to check the manufacturer’s recommendations for the specific car that you are buying to ensure it is suitable for driving on grass.
